Aforementioned Updates

As I mentioned earlier we had plans to record some bonus songs to be released as b-sides to the a-side singles that would act as a prelude to the proper release of the record which is now set in June. We have found the time to record two of these tracks one of which will be added to the record because we were so pleased with the result and felt it complemented the album quite well. We are in the process of completing the art work and mastering of the album and getting all our ducks in a row before it hits the shelves as they say. Not that there are many shelves left to hit but we will always remain dedicated to finding a way to get our music into your hands and ears. We are so excited about this record and are anxiously waiting to make it available to everyone. We feel strongly that this is our best work to date and the songs and album as a whole really mean a lot to us and we hope you find meaning in the album as well.We have a few things coming up to let you know about.

1st. We have an all ages San Diego show at the Epicentre March 27th with some great bands like The Prayers and My Pet Saddle also on the bill. There is more info on our myspace page. www.myspace.com/theshysmusic

2nd. Next month we start our residency at the Detroit bar in Costa Mesa and we encourage you to come join us for that. Lots of cool support bands on those shows as well. New limited edition merch will be available at those shows to coincide with the single release.
